WHAT TO EXPECT:
A relaxing and replenishing practice to call in your highest visions for the most beautiful future—for self, community, and all life. We will begin with a deep Yoga Nidra guided meditation / visualization practice focused on connecting with the most beautiful, vibrant, joyful future imaginable. Then, we will have the opportunity to journal, collage, draw with markers, and/or share about our visions for self and collective.
